Processing & Dispatch
How long before my order ships?
Each Phool Studio garment is individually inspected and packed before dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
Do you ship on weekends?
Our studio operates Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm IST, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Can I expedite my order?
For urgent orders, please email hello@phoolstudio.in before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on all domestic orders across India, regardless of order value. No minimum required.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days. Tier 2 cities: 4–6 business days. Remote areas and North-East India: 6–10 business days.
Which courier partners do you use?
We work with Bluedart, Delhivery, and FedEx India depending on your location, to ensure the most reliable delivery experience.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to select countries including the UAE, UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and Singapore. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
What about customs and duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.
How long do international orders take?
International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance times.
Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier tracking page. You can also contact us at hello@phoolstudio.in with your order number.
My tracking shows no updates — what do I do?
Tracking systems can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If there is no movement after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate.
